Step 2 — Find Products

Search Using the Search Bar

Type what you are looking for in the search bar at the top of the page — for example "Samsung earphones", "shirt", or "face wash". Press Enter and browse the results.

Categories are listed in the navigation menu — Electronics, Fashion, Home, Beauty, and more. Select a category to view all products. Use filters to sort by price, rating, or brand.

Step 3 — View Product Details and Add to Cart

Open the Product Page

Click on any product image or name to open its detail page. There you will find product photos, description, price, reviews, and availability.

Select Size / Variant (if applicable)

If the product has multiple variants (size, colour, etc.), select your preferred option first — then click the "Add to Cart" button.

Click "Add to Cart"

As soon as you press the button, the product is added to your cart. The number on the cart icon (top-right) will update. You can continue shopping — all products will be ordered together.

Step 4 — Review Your Cart

View Your Cart

Click the Cart icon at the top-right or go to View Cart . There you will see all selected products with quantity and price breakdown.

Update Quantities or Remove Items

You can adjust quantities or remove any item from the cart. The total will update automatically. When you are happy, click "Proceed to Checkout".

Step 5 — Checkout and Place Your Order

Enter Your Delivery Address

Fill in your complete delivery address carefully: house/flat number, street, area, city, and phone number. The courier will come to this address — so make sure it is accurate.

Can I place an order as a guest without an account? +

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? +

How do I cancel a COD order? +

Before the order is dispatched, go to My Orders — you will find the cancel option there. If the order has already been dispatched, contact us on WhatsApp: +92317-1007900.

How do I track my order? +

Log in and go to My Orders — all your orders and their status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered) will be visible. Your tracking number will also appear there after dispatch.
